This story reaches its grand finale and many mysteries were solved, but others ... not so much.

After we saw that David had an accident. A surviving paramedic asks for help and leaves his last breath there.

When the wounded begin to arrive at the institute, Arturo receives them all and the moment he sees David, he goes into shock and begins to treat him.

When Regina sees it, she cannot believe what is happening and does not know how to react. The doctor comes out screaming and asking everyone for help to operate on David as soon as possible.

On the other hand, Marco talks to Regina to give up the residence. She worries, but the real reason for that decision is that he no longer wants to be a surgeon, but to dedicate himself one hundred percent to external consultation.

Regina extends all her support to Marco and congratulates him for having seen beyond his selfishness.

Without knowing what is happening in the hospital, René arrives enraged to look for the doctors because there is no one in the emergency room. When he meets everyone in the operating room, he freaks out, only this time the doctors won't let him intimidate them.

Later, Cinthia calls her parents to tell them what is happening with René so that the board of trustees takes away all their support.

At night, Regina stays watching David and taking care of him. In that, Arturo listens behind the wall and hears when Regina confesses her love to David.

The next morning, Regina wakes up in David's room and Ana comes to cover for her while she bathes and eats breakfast. At that, the doctor wakes up and the first thing he does is ask for Regina. Ana immediately goes to look for her with a broken heart because she realized that he does not see her as he would like.

When Regina enters to see David, he begins to ask her for her cell phone to help her with the trial. She hands him the device and tells him how Arturo saved her life.

On the other hand, Mireya looks for work without success and René does not stop calling her. As she does not answer, the director of the hospital looks for her at her house, but she rejects him.

The desperate man begs her, but Mireya already realized that she is too much of a woman for a man like him and she kicks him out of her apartment.

Meanwhile, Cinthia sees her parents and tells them that René is misusing the hospital money. Andrés immediately calls René and demands that they meet at the institute later.

Afterwards, the man apologizes to his daughter and shows her all his admiration and respect. Later, Andrés confronts René and threatens to destroy him.

To get Mireya to testify at trial, Regina and Alonso go looking for her. The lawyer begins to harass her with very strong questions and accuse her of fraud and complicity.

At first, the nurse becomes defensive, but Alonso begins to demonstrate things to her. Mireya gets nervous and asks them to let her think things over and Regina and the lawyer leave.

Finally, the day of the trial against Gonzalo arrives and Alonso begins his defense. René's lawyer violently accuses Gonzalo and interrogates Arturo in a very crafty way.

Alonso gets fed up and sends David to the stand and the doctor shows up in a wheelchair and seriously injured.

After Gabriel's death, Luis is not without his son and decides that if René does not leave the institute, he is going to resign. Susana offers him all her support and gives him a surprise gift.

When Luis opens the box, he sees that it is a positive pregnancy test and he is very happy because he is going to be a father for the second time

During the trial, René tries to save himself from jail and constantly interrupts everyone's statements. Ricardo tells the judge that René had a love affair with Mireya, but no one believes him.

At that, Mireya arrives and obviously René cannot believe what is happening, so he begins to scream that she is jilted. Mireya plucks up her courage and declares the whole truth about René's handling of the institute and their love affair.

At the end of the trial, the judge declares Regina and Gonzalo innocent and René gets up screaming and runs away

The desperate former director of the institute comes home and tells Constanza everything he did to get money. She denies him her support and kicks him out of the house. When he wants to escape, the police catch up with him and take him to prison.
